Redesigned and rebranded the website with new information architecture and service offerings to enhance visitor experiences and engagement.
Problem Statement
EmpowHer Purpose, a female-focused personal coaching and community building company, decided to focus more on virtual coaching and community building. With that, EmpowHer needed to better streamline their offerings and sign-up process, update the content and to provide easy access to their blog and podcast to ultimately encourage user engagement and sign-ups.
Solution
To redesign the website with updated services showing clear navigation to desired information, highlighting feature offerings and providing clear call-to-action to connect and sign-up for appropriate services.
My Role
This was a website redesign consulting project. I was the sole designer for this project working with the founder and a copywriter. I also set up the email, social media and ecommerce integrations.

WHAT?
When people are ready for the change, they come to the website to learn more about Michelle and her service offerings. There are tips and resources via the blog and podcast for people to utilize and be inspired when needed.
WHEN & WHERE?
To have the support and guidance in making the transition.
To create a plan and roadmap so not to be overwhelmed by the process.
To be a part of a community to network and share resources.
